    Is the “tree” out the front within the property being sold?

    No it is not. Cameron Tuck from the Landscape management team of the City of Mandurah rang us and confirmed the tree is within their verge and that it is one of their assets. Furthermore Cameron confirmed they have a management plan for their assets which includes sending an arborist to check on the health of each asset every couple of years. The indication was the last health by an arborist of this tree was done in 2024.
