The multiple living areas of this well located home will make it perfect for you to accommodate in complete harmony your extended family or long staying guests, as all will enjoy the feeling of harmony that flows from each generation/ visitor being able to retreat to their own space for peace and privacy, and if you have ever wished that some music or a TV be turned down in volume, then you will know exactly why zoned living maybe what you are looking for.

I hope you appreciate my honesty when I share with you that families with young children generally find this home unsuitable for their needs as they say things like “the backyard isn’t big enough for us … we are concerned the living area open directly on to the pool area ……. it isn’t open plan.”

So if this home’s zoned floor plan sounds like “gold” to you and you would rather have a beautiful view to not having one, then I recommend you read on. Perhaps you are also tired of having to “juggle” car parking spots or just want some workshop room (like the one that is at the back of the single car garage) and if so then this home is likely to be ideal for you. You will save here as well as while other homes may cost more than they should to heat or cool, this home has more than enough doors for you to effectively manage efficiently heating and cooling the home. Heating wise there are three choices, firstly there is a heart-warming wood fire, secondly there are various gas bayonets throughout the home and thirdly the below ground pool is solar heated so as to ensure you get maximum use from it. In summer you will discover the design brilliance of this home as the trees across the road protect this home the heat of the late afternoon sun, while the cool wide verandah protects the home from the midday sun and you will get to enjoy the sea breeze coming to you from across the lush grass of the golf course. If you value peace of mind you will be able to oversee the pool from the kitchen, dining, family and games area.

For those of you that have many double beds, 2 of the 3 secondary bedrooms are at least queen size.

Ans 1) I suspect the owner will approve a lease up to 12 months.

Qu 2) Are pets allowed?

Ans 2) A previous tenant had exceptional reference that included the keeping of a cat and the owner accepted that tenant. With regards to the keeping of a dog most dog owner’s find the compact size of the back yard unsuitable for the keeping of a dog and as such I can’t recall ever having to ask the owner whether he would consider a tenant that had a dog.
