    Your description does not mention the over 55 requirement for residency.

      You’re correct, I am guessing you’re a resident of the complex and you can be assured I will getting people to sign off on the page of the strata plan that describes that the residency requirement you refer to.
      This being (a) have attained the age of 55 years or have retired from full time employment OR (b) are or were the spouse of such a person.

      This morning Joe Dethridge (the Strata Manager) and I had a chat about the above and given the above it is possible a resident could be less than 55 if they have retired from full time work, or are or were a spouse of such a person.
